now You Can switch up your training Every single month...Or Day! 

You now have the option to choose what program you want to follow. However, you will always have access to every single workout from the other two programs. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? YOU ARE SIMPLY CHOOSING WHAT PROGRAM YOU WANT TO BE PUT ON YOUR CALENDAR AND SCHEDULED FOR YOU EACH WEEK, BUT YOU MAY EDIT IT AS YOU DESIRE AND SELECT ANY OTHER WORKOUT THAT IS AVAILABLE.

  • Strength Training + (timed or for reps)...
  • High Intensity Weight Loss...

1. STRENGTH TRAINING +

  • Three scheduled sessions per week
  • Dumbbell & bodyweight exercises - very similar to 8 week challenge workouts PLUS new exercises
  • Specifically designed to improve strength with resistance (dumbbell and bodyweight) training as well as conditioning (cardiovascular)
  • Option to do ANY of the workouts as a timed workout - average 45 minutes

2. HIGH

INTENSITY

  • Three scheduled sessions per week
  • Majority bodyweight exercises which are fast paced
  •  High intensity exercises (think "burpees") and short rest times to improve your cardio, burn fat, and tone muscles
  • ALL timed workouts (no more than 30 minutes)

BOTH PROGRAMS HAVE UP TO OPTIONAL WODS (WORKOUT OF THE DAY) PER WEEK. EACH ALSO CONTAIN NEW EXERCISES & STRETCHES THAT WERE NOT IN YOUR PAST PROGRAM.
